Before you make your first reservation, quickly check these things:
- Successfully verified & registered? ✓
- GPS active? ✓
- Location access granted for the app? ✓
- Mobile data switched on? ✓
All good? Here's how to find your MILES:
- Map view: All available cars are shown directly in the map view – the nearest vehicle is displayed automatically.
- List view: Tap the list icon on the right side of the screen to see more cars in your area.
- Filter function: Looking for a specific model? The filter icon on the right side of the screen has you covered. Set your filters, and only matching cars will be shown – both in the map and list view. You can reset your filters at any time by tapping "Reset".
L & XL vehicles
Demand for our vans is especially high at weekends – so it can happen that they're all out on the road. Just check again a little later! ✌️
